Back to Seoul: Day 2 (20150304)

It was the second day of the trip and our plan for this day was to visit Everland, which was quite far from Seoul. We were all up and got ready since 10AM, then we dragged until around 12PM only started our journey to Everland.

Since i'm done, so i took a selfie while waiting.

My mum decided to join me too.

Took the subway to Gangnam station where there's a bus to Everland.

We were so hungry because we only had 2 pieces of bread for breakfast. While finding for the bus, we came across this dumpling restaurant so we bought dumplings.

After around 40 minutes ride, we arrived at one station where we got to take a free shuttle to the real Everland.

Finally~~ Because we went there on Wednesday, so it was pretty quiet.

Not very impressed with their design.

It was so so so cold even though there's sunlight.

There was a KPOP hologram featured YG Family. If you have read my previous Seoul trip (2014), i went to another hologram at Dongdaemun.

We took the bus back to Gangnam, then took the subway back to Hongdae. We wanted to eat Japanese food at one mall in Hongdae but when we reached, it was closed. Therefore, we went to GS25 and bought instant noodles for dinner along with deep fried chicken and red-bean something something (i forgot :/).

Back to Seoul: Day 1 (20150303)

Hellooooooo~ I'm finally back to blog about my trip in March. So sho sho sorry for the delay because i'm being very very demotivated to write blogs as well as many things need to do for my course. Anyway, after almost three months delay i will be writing it now. 

And yes, i went to Seoul again :D this time with my mum, my friend, Fiona and her mum! It's was a girls/women trip.

As always, i book my flight for midnight. So here we were waiting for boarding,

Thank God that all three seats were me & my mums. So i have more space for myself to sleep.

Arrived safely at Incheon Airport in the morning. Once we came out from the plane, we could feel the cold wind. It was so cool at Seoul during that month.

We stayed with Ann Guesthouse this time. It is located at Hongdae. Our room for this stay is quite big. Even their toilet also got a lot space.

This room is for 4 person room with 1 queen sized & 1 double decker, but we requested to change into 2 single bed. The owner, Ann is nice enough to entertain us :p

My friend was craving for Kimchi Jiggae then the owner Ann introduce us to this shop. I feel like if you're tourist, they will somehow conned you hahaha.

After our brunch, we walked around Hongdae area first. Then i suggested we go to walk around Edae as well. Walked there for a while then it started raining. #moodruined Winter and rain is not a good combination because it was freezing cold. So we decided to go back to our guesthouse and come back here next few days.

I finally get to reunited with Choma~~~ My favorite korean chinese restaurant. Nothing can beat the taste of theirs. Choma is located at Hongdae and it's very difficult to find if you have not been there. 

Famous dishes: Jajjangmyunm, Jjambom and Tangsuyuk

Quick review of 2014

Hello! It's my first blog post on 2015. Honestly i'm so lazy to do any blogging because i feel like i have nothing to write about. No matter how many times i said i won't be lazy but i will still be lazy :p so anyway, let's do a quick review of what i had done on 2014~

1. Seoul, again.

The reason for my Seoul trip again was to attend Bigbang's Seoul concert because i always wish i can attend one of it. Since i don't have any important classes and also i had an accompany so off i went. This trip is one of the most awesome trip i've been!

2. Bangkok, Thailand.

My original plan was to visit Hong Kong but didn't success because their hotel is quite expensive as well as expenses over there. Since my mum has been wanted to visit Bangkok so i go with the flow. Surprisingly i quite BKK because of their tomyam and also shopping! I can consider this place as shopping heaven because also all of their things is consider cheap for us. Will be back again since BKK is quite near to Malaysia.

3. My first night of fright.

4. My awesome 20th birthday.

I feel so blessed during my 20th birthday because i got so many awesome presents that i've wanted especially thanks to the awesome 'ahem' BF i got. Which ever i had mentioned to him before only for the first time, but he already got it for me. So thankful to have him and also my awesome friends!

5. Malacca trip.

5. Last but not least..

My mum got me this! Not by surprise because i had been telling her i want it but no stock on every Machines stores :/ She got me this before 2015 so i consider this as my New Year's present! Hahaha. (ps: i paid half of it) 

To me every year is a good year because there's many good things happened to me. I wish the same for 2015 and also to everyone that i know. Hope there's more good things to come! :)

Christmas Dinner

Spent the whole Christmas Day with boyfie from brunch to movie and to dinner. Went to One U because we're watching Night at the Museum 3 over there. One U was so crowded because of school holiday and also that day was a public holiday -_- luckily we managed to get one parking right away! How lucky is that.

We planned earlier to have our brunch at Dave's Deli because i miss their mash potato! We finish our brunch quite early so we went to walk around before our movie starts. Night at the museum is so funny! Just a little bit of connection with previous episode. After movie we went back to boyfie's house to wait for dinner time!

Reward myself on the Christmas Day!

Okay back to the main topic, dinner was at Monte Restaurant at Bangsar Shopping Centre because we went there during June when boyfie came back from Redang. So this time we went back was because we miss their Iced Chocolate!

I can smell freedom.

Actually not much of freedom because i think i need to work :/ but oh well, ended my last paper for this semester today and it's my semester break now! Suppose to have few plans but i don't think it will work so might as well just work. Time passes so fast especially during end of the year :( 20 more days to a brand new year which is 2015. I think i will write another blog post about what i did in 2014 when it's approaching 2015 heh heh :)

Just randomly wanted to update my blog as it's quite dead. I wanted to update my blog frequently but i have nothing to share about D: My purpose of this blog is like writing memorable things that happened in my life and i can read it back next time. 

Anyway, i hope to have that mood to update my blog as frequently as i can so look forward to it! :) 

Malacca (141129 - 141130)

On the weekend, i went to Malacca with the boyf. Visit and eat at a lot of places that were recommended by a local (which is my sis-in-law). So far everything i ate was quite different from previous two Malacca trip which is a good thing! I used Waze for all the directions. So yeah, i'm gonna start with it.

On the 29th Nov (Saturday), we started our journey from KL at 8AM and reach at Malacca Town at 10AM. First thing first, we went to park our car at The Stadhyus which is just opposite of Jonker Walk/Street. Walked over to this famous chicken rice ball, Restoran Chung Wah Hainanese Chicken Rice.

I've gotta admit that their chicken rice ball is very different from others and according to my sis-in-law, this is the traditional want and also must try! So when we reach, we have to line up under the sun -_- waited around 20mins then only we got to sit down. One tips, they will ask you how many person who are dining in, after that don't need to order any food cause they will automatically prepare for you. If going with a bunch i think is different where they will only ask you whether want half or one whole chicken. Their chicken taste awesome too!

Chung Wah Hainanese Chicken Rice address: 18 Lorong Hang Jebat, Melaka

We finish everything quite fast. Around 11AM+ we have no where to go because the hotel check-in was at 2PM. So off we went to try Pork Chop Noodle at Heng Long Taiwan Mee.

This was so good! Their noodle is very Q and their pork chop marinated until so tasty! From what i've observed, the owner is Taiwanese and all their staff they speaks Chinese too. How to get here? :) You can actually type the restaurant name or type their address.

Heng Long Taiwan Mee address: 11-J, Jalan Gajah Berang, Melaka

Drove all the way to another area for this. I guess is a must to try the coconut shake at Malacca. Surprisingly for a not-coconut-lover, i find this drink quite nice because it doesn't contain must coconut taste but more to the vanilla ice-cream. Same thing, can just type Klebang Original Coconut Milkshake on Waze and it will direct you to go.

Dry Duck Noodle, Soup Duck Noodle and Yong Tau Fu in duck soup.

At night, we tried something that was very rare or maybe doesn't exist in KL which is duck noodle. Actually nothing much that special, it something similar to chicken 

SS F&B Duck Noodle address: Jalan Tun Sri Lanang, Melaka. Turn it before or after you see Shell station (depends on which direction you're going from)

Same place at SS F&B Duck Noodle. Their brown sugar is so rich which leaves a little bit of bitter aftertaste.

On the 30th Nov (Sunday), woke up around 9.30AM, got ready and left the hotel around 11AM to go have breakfast. Went back to park at The Stadhyus and luckily we got a parking which was under the shade. Walked over to Heeren Street which is parallel to Jonker Street to find for Kocik Kitchen.

Kocik Kitchen serves nyonya food which is a must-try-food in Malacca and this restaurant also recommended by my sis-in-law. A very cozy place and it feels like we're eating at someone's house. The owner/person-in-charge recommended some dishes to us.

Their Asam fish sauce/soup is so nice! Is more towards sour so it might taste a bit like Tomyam. Their omelette quite nice also as well as the ngo hiang. If you visit this place, try their Ice Lemon Tee also! Is very different from others. I also tried their cendol which i didn't take any photo with my camera.

Kocik Kitchen Nyonya Restaurant: No.100, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Loke, Melaka

Last but not least, if we didn't visit the famous crepe cake, this trip wouldn't be complete. After breakfast at Kocik Kitchen, walked around Jonker Street because the boyf wanted to buy some snacks back to KL for his mum. Seriously cannot handle the weather in Malacca, walked a while then i started sweating so bad.
