{Taiwan 2012} Day 6 ; 29/02/2012 ; Banana Taipei --> SOGO --> Long Shan Shi --> Xi Men Ding

This day, we decided to head to Banana Taipei's shop. It's at a very far place. It at the city there near Taipei 101. Sit the train to Da An station and walk like around 10 minutes and you'll be able to find it. If you guys wanna go there, better have their address first, it would be more easier to find. We end up walking the opposite direction where it suppose be the the direction where the mrt station is. The customer service woman told us the wrong way -_- anyway, is at a very deep place. It's full of household that area.

Done with Banana Taipei we headed to SOGO. I heard from the guy from Wanmei Vision that most of the taiwanese celeb likes to go to SOGO to buy stuff, as my luck wasn't that good, i bumped into no one -_- this is so sad. I didn't get to meet any taiwan celebrity in taiwan, thats strange right? :( and they don't really go to Xi Men Ding. Maybe the stuff there is not grand enough for them :p

Basically SOGO has nothing to shop about. Me, myself would like to shop but my mum show me those faces like she doesn't want to shop -_- its a good opportunity to buy branded stuff since is cheaper than Malaysia, i don't get to shop any of it! And we headed back to Xi Men Ding around 5pm.

When we return to Xi Men Ding, we headed back to the hotel to put our stuff and head to Long Shan Shi again to buy socks, super cheap socks is only for RM10 for 10 pairs, so is equal 1 pair = RM1 :)

Then we went back to Xi Men Ding to have a walk again, it would never walk finish :/ and plan to find Show Luo's shop, Stage. Walk for super long only found his shop, his outside design is damn weird, it doesn't even suit with his shop name. I also found this baseball jacket from Converse and now i'm regret for not buying it. Cause i wanted the Nike ones :p

Bought myself a tee shirt from his shop which cost me at 1200NTD = RM120. I know i'm such a bai gah lui right? Too bad, i've search for his shop for so long and i'm afraid i would regret if i don't bought it. Actually i wanted to buy their cap instead of tee shirt but the cap is same price at the tee, i might as well just bought the tee at least i would wear it.

{Taiwan 2012} Day 5 ; 28/02/2012 ; YangMingShan --> Danshui --> Yu Ren Ma Tou

Went to Yang Ming Shan ( the national park for Taiwan or something like that ) with mrt and bus. We take the mrt to Shi Lin Station and took Yang Ming Shan's bus to there. Their bus fare is so cheap, no matter how far you go, it just cost you 15NTD which is RM 1.50 the moment you step inside the bus. And their public bus is so little seats :/ they like people to stand better. But this place is worth to go cause it give you a comfortable feel and for those who like flowers, is a good place. It basically better than the flower expo :/

We took the bus to Bei Tou mrt station and took the mrt station to Dan Shui. But we end up dropping out at the wrong station, so we have to change from Xin Bei Tou station to Bei Tou station and then to Dan Shui station. Xin Bei Tou is more popular with hot springs. The place are mostly for hot spring and they have different shop, you can just choose one of it and their price is quite reasonable, thats what the hotel person told me.

Then we took the ferry from Dan Shui Ma Tou to Yu Ren Ma Tou. The journey for go and back cost us 200NTD (RM 20). It can call cheap but it's okay.

While we're sitting on the ferry, the journey to there is like super scary because the ferry feels like its gonna fly any soon. I think is because of the waves in the sea. Anyway, its super scary! D: when we reach there, the wind is super strong so everyone is like freezing.

There was nothing to shop when it come to night, the place is just quiet compare to afternoon. And i bought a Starbucks there, they have no tax included so it was super worthy compare to Malaysia :/

We had McDonald for supper just because we want to try out their MCD. After that, we went to their Carrefour, their stuff there is super cheap compare to Malaysia -_- and just those lap zap things i bought until 90 or 100 bucks :/ awesome much.

{Taiwan 2012} Day 4 ; 27/02/2012 ; XiMenDing --> Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall --> Taipei 101 --> ShiLin Night Market

Day 4, we woke up super late because it's our free and easy day. So we're up at 11am something, brush up and headed to WanMei Vision saloon for a hair wash. The saloon that Lollipop F, Xiao Yu owns.

After done with hair wash, headed to XiMenDing to have our brunch and we found a pasta restaurant. Their price is reasonable and it come with set.

Next stop we headed to The National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. This is a tourist place and its pretty bored cause i went there before. It's basically a building with old design and there's a big man (a fake one) sitting there and he's the founder i think. We took MRT to there and the station has its the Chiang Kai-shek station so its very easy to find.

After that, we headed to Taipei 101 for a short walk. The Gucci bag i saw last year in there is not available anymore. This is super sad! And we went Zara, OMG, its like war inside because they are having sales at the moment. Didn't get to buy anything there because i was to lazy to try it. So around 5 or 6 something, we headed back to the mrt station because we want to go ShiLin Night Market. So we took the free shuttle bus back to the mrt station and we waited almost one hour :/ i dunno whats wrong with the bus that take so long. Anyway, free stuff is not really good :/ but thats better than walk there. Oh and when we walk there, there's 2 person ask us about JJ Lin's showcase then i was like JJ Lin is around here? :O i told the guy we're not taiwanese. And we just miss JJ Lin's showcase.

Didn't take photo at ShiLin Night Market cause there's nothing to take. That place is a very fashion place and their price is slightly cheaper than XiMenDing's stuff but its crowded with people compare to XiMenDing, its more freedom while walking.

Anyway, my 4th day post is until here, there's 5 more days to come :)

{Taiwan 2012} Day 3 ; 26/02/2012 ; Taipei --> Taichung

This day woke up super early but as usual cause we need to head to another town. It normally took 2 to 3 hours to reach Taichung without traffic jam but when we went, had a serious jam and it took a lot of time to reach there. Thanks to the driver who didn't told us that there 4 days holiday for the whole Taiwan and fool us to Taichung :/ It took us 7 hours, 7 FREAKING HOUR to reach there! D:

We had a stop at some place near the beach and its super cold because of those cold wind.

We continue our journey and just in about an hour something happened! :O All of us almost no chance to be back to Malaysia. Somehow i don't know why the driver had some problem and we almost bang to those pillar at highway and if he's in high speed, i think we'll just fly to those forest :O such a horrible experience :/ Never gonna find him again, NEVER!

After so long we finally reach our destination, Formasan Culture Village ( 九族文化村 ).  We actually don't have the chance to went it because there's super a lot of people that time. But somehow they manage to let us in. The ticket we bought is around RM40 and there's a lot of stuff to play. But is kinda sad that we didn't manage to play because due to we're late to there and we had only 2 hour left before we head to the cable car station.

Around 4pm we head to the cable car station so that we won't be late for cable car cause those people say that cable car close at 6pm and we thought it would be flooded with people so we went there early. We took the cable car to Sun Moon Lake ( 日月镡 ).

Continue our journey to Taichung most famous night market, Feng Jia Night Market. Didn't get to shop a lot because its crowded with A LOT of people and we need to rush back to Taipei after that. The journey took more than an hour to reach there because of the jam again. We start our journey at 6pm plus and reach there almost 9pm, can you believe that?! Those 2 place is actually quite near compare to Taipei :P So we only get to walk 3 hours and head back to Taipei at 12am the next day. We reach our hotel at 2am plus and stay up late until 4am and head to sleep. What a long day for just tourist place :/ and the stupid driver conned us for 12000NTD ( which cause RM1200 for just only 2 days! RM1200 suppose to be 3 day trip. and almost got all of us in an accident ) .

{Taiwan 2012} Day 2 ; 25/02/2012 ; XiMenDing -> JiuFen -> WuFenPu

Woke up super early this day because the driver said so. So we woke up at 6 o'clock plus in the morning :/ and brush up. Everything done by 7am and we thought the driver will be here by 7.30am but he reach at 7am so we're late :/

As we plan, we planned to go Taichung this day but thanks to the super jam plus the 4 days of holiday for whole Taiwan so we changed our plan to Jiufen. It's a old street located up the mountain ( this is too kua cheong :p ) somewhere half of the mountain. This is the place i bought those super cute cartoon socks :D 

He brought us to Keelung for breakfast. That what he call famous for some mee and rice. Not that special anyway :/ ( ps ; Keelung is Show Luo's hometown :D ) So we reach Jiufen at 8am plus in the morning and it's so crowded :O why are they up so early? D:

We shop for 4 hours and we look into the watch it's only 12pm. Time passed very slow when you're there. So after that we went to this wet market its mainly for seafood. We choose our own seafood. Their seafood its very fresh and its super cheap even though we ask the person cook for us. It's super deal compare to those restaurant. After done with seafood, we bring to this place and they'll help you cook. Each plate they will just charge for 100 NTD so its around RM10+ not more than RM10.50 and the seafood we bought for like 1900 NTD so its RM190+. It's super worth it because we had crab, fish, prawn, abalone, lala, and miso soup. This miso soup its not so salty because its use fish to make it, somehow its fresh and sweet. 

Done with our so-called lunch and we headed to Wufenpu. A place where they sell it with a lot. Their stuff price somehow just around the same compare to Ximending. So i would go back to Ximending to buy. We stay there for super long :/ the power of woman, can shop until whatever time. We left Wufenpu at 9pm plus and reach our hotel at 10pm plus. Had everything done and ready head to sleep cause need to wake up early again for the next morning. So the second day just ended like this.

{Taiwan 2012} Day 1 ; 24/02/2012 ; KL to Taipei

The day has come and finally i'm flying to Taiwan again. This time is go by ourself, not following tour anymore. Reach LCCT at 8am and head to check in ourself.

Around 10am plus, we headed to the aeroplane and wait for it to departure to Taipei.

Reach Taoyuan International Airport around 2.40pm and find for our driver. Their airport kinda suck, those wifi connection not working :( Kansai Airport is much better than them. It took us one hour to reach our hotel in Xi Men Ding. This hotel is super awesome, took around 10 minutes and you'll reach Xi Men Ding.

Around 9pm plus we headed back to the hotel to take bath and decided to go Long Shan Shi for a walk. It just one station different from Xi Men Station ( Xi Men Ding's MRT Station). We just walk a while because its was raining and the last train is before 12am, so we had to the the super last train back to Xi Men. And one day just gone like this.
